How to cook Chinese Foods – Kungbao chicken
Before you start cook Kungbao chicken, you
have to prepare materials. You need chicken breast 250g, peanuts, white sugar,
vinegar, soy sauce, chicken powder, eggs, farina, pepper, ginger, garlic, green
onion, salt, and cooking wine. After you have all of those materials, the first
step, you need to slice the chicken breast to granule. Then you have to add
salt, cooking wine eggs, chicken powder, farina to the chicken breast and mix
together. Second step, you need to make a sauce with white sugar soy sauce,
vinegar, salt, and farina. Now, you have to warm the 300 cc oil and be ready to
fry the chicken breast. There is a little tip that you don’t to fry the chicken
breast too much. After you fried the chicken, you need to pour into the sauce
you made before and warm little bit. The last step put the chicken breast and
pepper to the sauce; fry 4-7 minutes then dish up it. Now enjoy your Kungbao
chicken.
